Cancellation Conditions

You can make your request regarding the order you want to cancel via our website.

Cancellation requests can only be evaluated if your order has not started to be prepared by our warehouse. Unfortunately, once your order is being prepared, it is not possible to cancel it. In such cases, you must create a return request.

Return Policy:

  1. How many days is the return period for online shopping?

The return period for purchases made on our website is 14 days. These 14 days start to be valid from the date you receive your order from the courier and proceed based on the date you send the product back to the courier.

  1. Under what conditions can I return my product?

The product/products to be returned must not be unpacked, the product protection tape must not be removed, untested, and must not have lost their salability feature.

If the package is not opened, you can return it in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal within 14 days specified in Article 1.

The products that have been opened, the product protection band has been removed, and the products that have lost their salability will not be accepted and will be re-shipped to your address with Buyer Pay.

  1. How should I return my product?

When returning the products, they should be shipped by supporting them with the box and inner packaging that will not be damaged in order not to be damaged in the cargo. You must send the invoice sent by us in the box with the product to be returned. Otherwise, the product will be sent back to the address it came from, as it is unknown who the return belongs to.

  1. Which products cannot be returned?

Cosmetic products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Returns cannot be made for products that have been opened / damaged and have lost their re-saleability feature.

  1. When will my refund be credited to my account?

After your product(s) reaches our e-commerce warehouse, it goes through the necessary controls. After the relevant controls are made and the products are found suitable for return and approved, the financial return process begins. The return process of the products that comply with the return conditions is completed within 3 to 5 working days, the reflection time of your refund on your credit card is approximately 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Your refund will be made in one go or in installments, depending on the credit card you are dealing with and the type of transaction.

  1. Can I send returns with a different cargo company other than the cargo company you have contracted with?

As we mentioned when sharing the return code in online shopping, you must be sending the returns with Yurtiçi Kargo company with the return codes we have forwarded.

Otherwise, the shipments made with a different cargo company as “counter payment” are not accepted by our e-commerce warehouse and are sent back to the incoming address. If you want to send in this way, you must pay the shipping fee while sending.
