Your order will be delivered to Cargo within a maximum of 3 working days from the day you place the order. There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays. You can follow the order delivery stages from the My Orders section of the My Account section.
For Your Order Cancellation Requests
If your order is in the Preparation stage or if your product has not yet been delivered to the Cargo authorities, you can cancel it by contacting us. Your order will be canceled during the day.
Fee Refund Process
Your returned product will be examined by us and it will be investigated whether it complies with the return conditions. The return of the products that comply with the return procedures will be approved and the product fee will be deposited in your bank within 10 working days. It may take 7-15 business days for this fee to be reflected in your account due to bank procedures.
- The product(s) must be sent to us in its original packaging undamaged, unused and undamaged as a result of misuse.
- You must send the sales invoice of the product.
- If the invoice of the product is corporate, a replacement or refund is made over the amount on the invoice, provided that it has not been used without including the cargo share, which is arranged by the institution for the return process.
- The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to him, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
